Although Bastian is based in Germany, he travels the entire world with his camera to capture the beauty of nature. His favorite locations can be found in the United States – particularly the Southwest, California, Oregon, Washington, and Alaska – and in New Zealand. Some of these places he has visited numerous times already, always waiting for the perfect moment and the perfect light.
